These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the access and use of the website modavibepr.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Modavibepr (hereinafter, the "Company"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Modavibepr offers financial consulting and social assistance services focused on helping Puerto Rico residents identify and access government assistance programs, tax credits, and federal recovery funds. Our services include, but are not limited to: eligibility evaluation for federal and state programs, preparation and management of administrative case files, personal financial situation audits, and advice on tax credits and exemptions.
2. Nature of Services
Modavibepr is NOT a government agency, a regulated financial institution, or a law firm. We provide consulting and facilitation services. The results of any government assistance application depend on the corresponding agencies and the applicant's individual eligibility. We do not guarantee the approval of any application or a specific outcome.
3. Use of the Website
The user agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
